I prepared this during my first year of residency, It covers following

Microscopic tests
  • Peripheral smear
  • Quantitative buffy coat
Non microscopic tests
  • Immunochromatographic tests (rapid tests)
  • Antibody detection
  • flow cytometry
  • mass spectometry
  • PCR
